We have moved to a bigger office and have temporarily limited technical resources. Our ISP has some delay in moving the internet and tickets will be slower than usual, however we will still do our best in responding to your case in a timely manner. Please do not respond back to your ticket, unless you wish to provide additional helpful details; as replying to your ticket will cause it to get an updated time stamp and will be put at the bottom of the list delaying the time respond - since our Support Team replies to tickets with the oldest time stamp.

We will be back with full force by 10th February 2010, next Wednesday.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this inconvenience and hope you have a nice day!

    I am very happy to learn that PhpFox is moving to a larger office. This is a good sign of company growth. I wish PhpFox and Raymond Benc a successful 2010 and beyond. Your products have been great. My heart is extremely happy for you all from the Tech Support staff to the Development staff with Jason and all the other developers! You all have been a great help!
