Our next maintenance release 2.0.5 will include extra added support for 3rd party WYSIWYG text editors. We will include a free open source plug-in to fully integrate TinyMCE with phpFox with these new improvements.

We have been testing for sometime now to use wildcard sub-domains with phpFox as another method of “Short URLs”. We currently support 2 methods, which are:
1) http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?do=/blog/example/ (default method)
2) http://www.yoursite.com/blog/example/ (short URL method)
The 3rd method we have been testing will transform the URL to:
http://blog.yoursite.com/example/

With the final release of v2.0.0 on the 23rd of December 2009 as of the 24th of March 2010 v1.6.x has reached its End of Life within product support.
